Oleh Bilorus informed Heikki Talvitie of the trip of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Standing Delegation to the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly. The issue concerning the status of Kosovo was one of the urgent matters discussed at the Assembly.
Inter alia, the Committee Chairman stated that "the capabilities of negotiations concerning Kosovo issues are not yet exhausted". However, he expressed his worry regarding probable violation of the Helsinki Agreement.
The interlocutors also discussed the issue concerning development of cooperation between the OSCE and other international organizations; expressed their attitude to the issues of "frozen conflicts" and demarcation of the Ukrainian borders.
